WEight Training

重量訓練

Weight Training aims on increasing the strength and mass of the muscles, by using contraction of skeletal muscles.

重訓練訓主要係增強肌肉強度和肌肉體積為主要目標。使用不同部位的骨骼肌組織的收縮(向心收縮及離心收縮)離生力量,抗衡重力,(通常利用啞鈴及槓鈴或其他機器的重量或阻力。

Dumbbell, Barbell and machines are the most comment tools we use during weight training. Muscles are strengthen by lifting against the resistance from different weight.  

Apart from increasing strength and mass of muscles, weight training also helps increasing the metabolic rate, so as to burn more calories for all daily activities.

而重量訓練的好處除了增加力量和體積,增加肌肉量亦可以提升新陳代謝,幫助燃燒脂肪效果。
